At Rasayana Rituals, we sell exclusively digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under normal circumstances.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment
- Multiple charges for the same order
- Technical delivery failure that cannot be resolved
- Failure to provide access to the purchased product
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to read the product description
- Personal expectations regarding content
- Downloaded or accessed digital products
Order Cancellation
Since digital products are delivered immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend access to your purchased products.
